Online Payments
Online payment is the preferred payment method and is processed securely during checkout.
Offline Payments
Customers who choose Offline Payment may pay their Community Service Associate at the time of service. Accepted methods include Cash, Credit/Debit Card using PayPal Zettle, and other approved payment methods.
Travel Fees
Additional travel fees may apply based on the service location and distance. Any applicable fee will be shown before your service is confirmed.
Outstanding Balances
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise approved. Unpaid balances may result in future appointments being declined until the balance is paid.
Refund Policy
Completed services are generally non-refundable. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Payment Security
All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment providers. Purpose Driven Delivery & Care LLC does not store customers' credit card information.
