Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Purpose Driven Delivery & Care LLC. • A valid payment method is required to book services. • Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before their scheduled appointment. • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. • Additional service time is available at $20 per hour and must be approved by the Community Service Associate. • Service availability is based on scheduling and service area coverage. • By booking, you agree to receive text, email, or phone updates regarding your appointment. • All calls may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. Services include errands, grocery shopping assistance, prescription pickup, transportation assistance, package delivery, and personal assistance. Unless specifically stated in the service description, services are performed outside the client's home and do not include hands-on personal care, medical care, nursing services, or housekeeping. Our Community Service Associates travel to assist clients with daily tasks and errands throughout their service area. By booking a service, clients acknowledge that Purpose Driven Delivery & Care LLC is a delivery and assistance service provider and not a home healthcare agency.
